Sleek Baby Shower Cake

This cake was 3 different flavors. The pink tier was red velvet with cream cheese frosting. The middle tier was lemon cake with a whipped filling, and the top tier was chocolate with chocolate frosting. Yum!

Small Wedding Cake

I had left over fillings so....i created this small cake and decorated simple. It could be for a very small wedding or wedding anniversary. The rose is a fresh flower - I'm working on my sugar flowers but not good enough yet, plus the rose was just so pretty! I put the fillings together in this cake so its a white cake with chocolate truffle & strawberry mouse fillings. I brought it to work so I could get everyone's input on the taste. I'll post a picture of the inside once I cut it!
