Here is a collection of cakes that I have done in 2010. I really enjoy trying new things with each cake I have done. I have nailed some recipes down - white cake, lemon cake and chocolate cake are my specialties. The fillings I like to do include: raspberry mousse, strawberry mouse, chocolate truffle, cream cheese, lemon cream cheese, special whipped cream, and peanut butter buttercream. I recently got a airbrush gun and can't wait to really use it!
